On October 29 at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan and Gagik Minasyan the expenditures and incomes envisaged for the implementation of the activity of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies of the power by the RA draft law “On RA State Budget for 2015” were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan has informed the attendees about the allocations designed for the maintenance expenditures of the branches of power by the draft state budget for 2015.

Mr Safaryan has noted that the added expenditures also include certain structural changes in the administration system.

The First Deputy of the Chief of Staff to the RA President Vardan Aramyan has presented the expenditures and incomes designed by the draft state budget for 2015. To his observation, additional sum of money will be demanded for all events being implemented ahead of the Genocide Centennial, for the President’s visits, for the receptions of the official delegations and high ranking officials, as well as for other events.

The RA NA Chief of Staff - General Secretary Hrayr Tovmasyan has informed those present about the expenditures and incomes designed by the draft state budget for 2015. He has added that certain amount of money will also be allocated to the fees of the RA membership to the international organisations, the events of the Genocide Centennial and other programmes. Money is also designed by the draft budget for the NA fellowship, for the current repair of the building and for getting computers and other technique. The document circulation is also envisaged to be reduced from the next year in the parliament, passing to the electronic version.

The RA Government Chief of Staff - Minister Davit Harutyunyan has noted that the increase of the financial means envisaged for the expenditures of the executive power is conditioned by the rise of salaries and the fuel getting expensive.

By Mr Harutyunyan’s observation the financing of numerous programmes, beginning from Luys Foundation finished to the sums of the support given to the national minorities.

Those responsible for other spheres also noted that the big part of the expenditures and incomes designed by the draft state budget for 2015 will be allocated to the salaries and the power payments.

At the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Stepan Margaryan and Gagik Minasyan the financial means and peculiarities to be allocated to the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and the Regional Administrations were considered.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan has informed the attendees that in general, the financial allocations to the abovementioned spheres for the coming year have been kept, and the sums being allocated for the payment of salaries and electricity expenditures were added.

The First Deputy of Yerevan Mayor Kamo Areyan has presented the financial means and the programmes to be implemented for the city of Yerevan.

Those responsible for the marzes have presented the programmes and financial allocations to be implemented.
