On October 8 the joint session of the Armenia-Georgia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Group of the delegation headed by the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan being in Georgia within the framework of the official visit will be held. The RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan and the Deputy Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Manana Kobakhidze will open the session.

Let us note that during the recent years though the works of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Groups have been slowed down, which has been conditioned by the organization of the process of the elections of the two countries, however now the works of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Groups of the two countries have been essentially activated. The official visit of the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan greatly promoted the activation of the works of the Cooperation Groups.
