On September 25 a debate was held moderated by the Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Vardan Ayvazyan on the oversight results made by the Control Chamber on the services and procurement carried out through the state budget by the RA Ministry of Urban Development and Ministry of Transport and Communication.
The RA Minister of Urban Development Narek Sargsyan, the RA Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan and the Chairman of the Control Chamber (COC) Ishkhan Zakaryan took part in the sitting.
Martin Kyurkchyan, the Head of the COC Sixth Department, has studied the school construction program and a number of breaches have been recorded.
Ishkhan Zakaryan has noted that the specialists of the Control Chamber have worked out a draft order for calculating the prices of construction works and have submitted to the Government.
The RA Minister of Urban Development also touched upon the problems of the sphere and the COC oversight report.
Touching upon the sphere of the road construction the Head of the COC Fifth Department Zhora Margaryan has presented the north-south road corridor investment program.
