On September 11 the National Assembly continued the work of the four-day sittings. The NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan noted that within the framework of the NA “Open Doors” programme the teachers and pupils of Yerevan Academic Senior School visited the parliament and were following the work of the four-day sittings. By Mr Sahakyan’s proposal the deputies welcomed them.

Then the parliament by voting passed the bills debated on the previous day and ratified the international agreements.

The RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan submitted the financing agreement.

The chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Artak Zakaryan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

Then the NA deputies in the third reading debated the bill “On Recognizing Invalid the RA Law on Free Privatization of the Apartments of the State Housing Fund,” the bill “On Amending the RA Law on the Programme of State Property Privatization for 2006-2007 for passing it completely in the second reading and the draft law “On State Property Management” in the second reading.

The Head of the Department of State property Management adjunct to the RA Government Arman Sahakyan submitted the bill “On Approving the Annual Report for 2013 of the Programme Implementation of State Property Privatization for 2005-2007.”

The Deputy Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Mikayel Melkumyan in his report noted that the Committee endorsed the bill.

On behalf of the ANC Faction Levon Zurabyan talked about the problems of Vorotan Hydroelectric Power Plant and Nairit factory.

The member of the RPA Faction Khosrov Harutyunyan opined that they should approve the report.

Arman Sahakyan thanked the deputies for the concerned debates and noted that they were ready for open and transparent debates.

Arpine Hovhannisyan presented in the second reading the draft law “On Administrative Infringements.”

The deputies in the first reading debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty.”

Vakhtang Mirumyan and Mikayel Melkumyan made remarks on the draft law.

The MPs in the second reading considered the draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts,” “On Amending the RA Law on State Material Reserve” and “On Amending the RA Law on State and Office Secret.”

The deputies in the first reading debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Approval of List of Goods Imported by Organizations and Private Entrepreneurs, That Have '0' Customs Duty Rate and are not Subject to Excise Taxation and for which Value Added Tax Shall not be Calculated and Collected by Customs Authorities,”

Vakhtang Mirumyan presented the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Cash Desk Operations.”

The deputies considered the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Compulsory Labeling of Magnetic, Optical, Digital, Laser any Type of Electronic Carriers through Control Signs (Stamp Labels).”

The deputies considered the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Mandatory Labeling of Magnetic, Optical, Digital, Laser any Other Type of Electronic Data Carriers through Control Signs (Stamp Labels).”
