Gerard Cafesjian, as a businessman and benefactor, was well known both in the USA and in the Motherland. Living far from the Motherland he was closely connected with Armenia showing heartily attitude to the development of the Armenian cultural life.

Initiating and implementing numerous programs for the Motherland Gerard Cafesjian with his activity left an indelible mark in the modern history of the Armenian people and Armenia.

I express my sincere condolence to the family and friends of the deceased in connection with the loss of our great compatriot, wishing everybody strength and power.”
