In accordance with Article 147.1 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, Ara Nranyan, a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, submitted an application on September 12 and requests to terminate his powers as a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, assumed by the Resolution of the National Assembly No. NAD-19-A of October 5, 2021, taking into account that by the Resolution of the National Assembly' No. NAD-111-A of September 11, 2025, he was appointed a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia for a term of office of five years.
According to Article 147.2 of the Constitutional Law Regulations of the National Assembly, if, within one week after the publication of the resignation, the relevant official, by written application:
1) withdraws his/her application for resignation, then the President of the National Assembly shall make a statement to that effect,
2) does not withdraw his/her application for resignation, then a protocol shall be drawn up on the termination of his powers, which shall be signed and published by the President of the National Assembly. The resignation shall be deemed accepted from the moment of publication of the protocol.
