The RA NA President Alen Simonyan, received the ambassadors accredited to the NATO who visited Armenia. At the meeting the current state of the Armenia-NATO partnership and possible ways to expand further cooperation was discussed. The NA President highlighted the importance of deepening relations between Armenia and NATO, underscoring the necessity for assistance in the development of democratic institutions, ensuring the rule of law and improving the security system.

The ambassadors, in turn, emphasized readiness of the NATO to continue supporting Armenia in implementing reforms, increasing the efficiency in governance and within the framework of mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, different issues related to regional developments and the peace agenda were also touched upon.
