The Supreme Judicial Council nominated the candidacies of Lusine Abgaryan, Armen Danielyan and Nelly Baghdasaryan for the vacant position of a judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation.

66 out of 107 deputies of the National Assembly participated in the vote. There were no invalid ballots in the ballot box. 1 deputy voted in favour of Lusine Abgaryan’s candidacy, 65 deputies voted in favour of Armen Danielyan's candidacy. There were no voters in favor of Nelly Baghdasaryan’s candidacy. The Chairman of the NA Counting Committee Narek Babayan informed this.

The RA NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan congratulated Armen Danielyan on being elected.
