The deputy Artsvik Minasyan briefly presented the candidate’s biography and the work activities.

Having relevant work experience in the Commission, Ara Nranyan in his speech touched upon the spheres and works that are within his coordination domain. These are: issues related to renewable energy, the work carried out within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and ensuring the participation of the Commission, the legal regulations regarding the consumer-supplier relations, as well as work referring to applications and complaints submitted to the Commission. “The state and the economy must operate within the logic of international territorial and infrastructural development, where solutions to problems related to the companies regulating this system will also find their place,” Ara Nranyan noted.

The rapporteur also touched upon the study of the application-complaints being submitted to the Commission, noting that in 2024, 4068 applications were received, during the first half of the year 2025 – already 1363 applications.
