We propose to suspend or put an end to the vicious phenomenon when state-owned properties have been donated or privatized in one way or another by various NGOs, in some cases, by the families of former high-ranking officials who are behind them or who are real beneficiaries, during the past 30 years. later these properties were expropriated.
