The draft law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the law on Legal Persons’ State Registration, the Legal Persons’ Separated Sub-divisions, State Accounting of the Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs and the package of the enclosed presented draft laws was debated in the second reading at June 12 extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.
The key rapporteur, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan informed that there were no amendments in the package of the drafts during the period from the first to the second reading.
According to the key rapporteur, the package is aimed at the solution of several problems existing for our problems forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh, particularly, defining new terms related to the legal persons’ state registration, until December 1. The other regulating problem is the opportunity of moving the pension savings formed in the Nagorno Karabakh accumulative system.
The co-rapporteur, the member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Lilit Minasyan informed that there were many problematic cases, and hearing the exhortation of our compatriots of Nagorno Karabakh, the Government had undertaken the solution of the problems. The MP proposed her colleagues to vote for the draft law.
The Committee endorsed the package of the draft laws.
