The purpose of the adoption of the drafts is the introduction of the automated accounting system of the state duty and the improvement of the exchange of information on the state duty between the state bodies and the accounting electronic process. The Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee (SRC) Artur Manukyan said this.

At June 11 NA next sitting, the package of the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on State Duty and the enclosed presented draft laws was debated in the first reading.

According to the key rapporteur, all the regulations will be set by law, which are necessary for the introduction of the unified account and operating it. Regulations will also be established for the information that the authorized body should register in the automated system or in the registration books of license permissions by them, which should be reflected in the tax authority, and on its basis the calculation of annual state duty should be carried out.

The key rapporteur, the member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Hovik Aghazaryan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee on the legislative package.
