On April 30, the RA NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan received the delegation led by the Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations Gert Jan Koopman.
Welcoming the delegation, Ruben Rubinyan highlighted the development and deepening of the Armenia-EU relations.
