Authorizing norm to enable Government to approve standards of state property in a single legal act
1 / 2

The National Assembly debated the proposed addenda and amendments to the Law on the State Property Management in the first reading at the sitting on September 11. The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan informed that the amendments are conditioned by the necessity of the RA Government to establish a legal justification, i.e. an authorizing norm, for revising the existing norms for the purchase and maintenance of official and service vehicles for state administration bodies. As a result of the adoption of the draft, there will be an authorizing norm in the law, which will empower the RA Government to approve the standards of state property in a single legal act, as well as to account for state movable property. The State Property Management Committee will be given the right to account for state movable property online and keep a register.

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the issue: Hovik Aghazaryan informed about this.
