The launch of the RA draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on State Duty stems from Article 25 of the Treaty of the EAEU Trademark, according to which, the member states set the kinds of the registration of the trademarks of the Union and place names of the goods origin of the Union, the legal protection and in case of use the actions of legal importance, as well as the amount of the duties being paid during the fulfilment of the actions.
