It is proposed to fix the authorization norms in the laws in force by the package of the draft laws on Making Addendum to the Law on Flora, on Making Addendum to the Law on Fauna, on Making Addenda to the Law on Specially Protected Nature Territories. On January 27, the RA Minister of Environment Aram Meymaryan said about this at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection.

Aram Meymaryan noted that at present a number of decisions of the Government regulating the sphere function, but they don’t have authorization norms, and they are going to revise some of them, however the authorization norms lack.

The RA Minister of Environment underlined that by the adoption of laws the legal acts of the spheres of the flora, fauna and specially protected nature territories will be complied with the requirements of Article 6 of the Constitution.

The package of the draft laws was endorsed.
