Taking as a basis the applications on resignation of the Human Rights Defender, led by Article 193.5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 13 (2) and (4) of the Constitutional Law on the Human Rights Defender, consider the powers of the Human Rights Defender Kristinne Grigoryan prematurely terminated.
