January 24 is International Day of Education.

It was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly with a resolution adopted in 2018.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport Narek Babayan, underlining the importance of the right to education, spoke about the quality of education in Armenia and the steps of the state aimed at its increase.
