The need to develop the RA draft law on Amending the Law on Notification of Activities is due to the requirement to implement the decisions of the Government and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

“The introduction of Permit Documents system is carried out for the interaction between One Stop, One Window RA foreign trade platform and the state administration bodies and the introduction of the platform, as a result of which it is planned to fill out and download the application for obtaining licenses and permits, as well as their accompanying documents, electronically,” the Deputy Minister of Economy Armen Arzumanyan said.

With the adoption of the initiative, persons carrying out activities subject to notification are given the opportunity to notify or to send the necessary documents through the Permit Documents system (sw.gov.am) , available on the website.

The member of the RA NA Standing (Head) Committee on Economic Affairs Hovik Aghazaryan presented the endorsement of the Committee. According to him, the amendments are important, they contribute to the improvement of relations between economic entities and state institutions.

On December 7, the initiative was debated at the NA sitting.
