The deputy also touched upon the statement of the Representative of Armenia in the UN according to which, Azerbaijan plans an attack in the direction of Nakhijevan. According to Tigran Abrahamyan, about 10 years ago one of the Azerbaijani army corps was deployed in Nakhijevan, which turned into a separate army. “The separate army deployed in the Nakhijevan Autonomous Republic distinguishes by the fact that the educational main process is rather harmonized with the armed forces of Turkey, which is a great threat for Armenia,” he underlined.

The deputy of the NA With Honor Faction Hayk Mamijanyan, answering the journalist’s question, that in case of the attack from Nakhijevan, will we have decent response by our strategic partners, the international community, as well as the UN Security Council and military aid support, noted that the expectations from our strategic ally and from other friendly countries continue to remain the same for the people and for them. “That is, as Armenia has been a friendly and strategic decent partner and ally, I believe that this is the moment that similar support shall be the same support,” he noted.
