Executive Body Proposes Amendments to Law on Aviation

A number of the law on Aviation are complied with the RA international agreements and the international criteria and procedures issues by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

According to the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan, the demand of the certification of the aerodromes of the international and domestic airports, which cannot be spread on the using platforms for the aviation of common significance. It is proposed to regulate the relations connected with the construction of flight platforms and their further operation by the operators of the low class plane.

As a result of debate, the NA deputies endorsed the draft law.

The draft law on making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Code on Lithosphere authored by the Government was debated in the second the reading and was endorsed. The legal relations connected with the passing of the right to the lithosphere use and the term of the right to the lithosphere use as a consequence of emerging the insurmountable force will be regulated. The passing of the right to the lithosphere use will be carried out by the consent of the authoritative body.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Hovhannes Harutyunyan noted that after the first reading the Government presented editorial and content proposals, which were accepted.

The draft laws were debated at May 18 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
