On January 19, during the regular NA-Government Q&A, the deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Hripsime Grigoryan inquired from the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan about the proposals of the Armenian side addressed to Baku, about which the RF Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov stated. Ararat Mirzoyan has noted that Sergei Lavrov’s statement corresponds to the reality. He informed that the Armenian side prepared a package of a number of measures aimed at reducing the de-escalation of the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border zone, increasing the security and stability and passed both to the Russian side and to Azerbaijan mediated by the Russian side and other partners. According to Ararat Mirzoyan, there is still no response at the moment.
