On October 28, the Head of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia Sergei Kopyrkin.

Hayk Konjoryan touched upon the issue of the urgent return of Armenian prisoners of war being kept in Azerbaijan, which was fixed on November 9, 2020 statement.

Issues on the further development of the Armenian Russian inter-parliamentary ties on the bilateral, as well as multi-lateral inter-parliamentary platforms were discussed.

The works being done within the framework of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation were highlighted.
