At October 28 sitting, the National Assembly debated the draft law on Making Addendum to the law on State Border, presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan.

It is designed to establish the order of the use of the anti-air defense means by the Anti-Air Defense Troops during the defense of the state border air territory by the decision of the RA Government. It is proposed to regulate by the relevant decision of the Government the procedure of the weapon and military technique use while defending the RA state border and by the anti-air defense and the military aviation forces for the neutralization of the terrorist actions on the air territory and the scope of the officials with authority of making decision on their use.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Armen Khachatryan conveyed to parliament the endorsement of the Committee.
