Pursuant to Article 20.1 of the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, by the request of at least one-third of the deputies’ total number for Studying the Use of Funds Collected by the "Hayastan" All - Armenian Fund and Transferred to the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia Inquiry Committee of the National Assembly was created by force of law.

Pursuant to Article 20.6 the draft decision of the National Assembly setting the number of the Inquiry Committee members will be debated at the regular sittings of the National Assembly to be started on October 26, 2021,” the statement signed by NA Vice President, the Acting NA President Ruben Rubinyan.
