On August 31, moderated by Gevorg Papoyan, the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs convened the extraordinary sitting.

After approving the agenda, the issue of electing the Deputy Chair of the Committee was debated.

Gevorg Papoyan has informed that according to the D’Hondt method, the right to nominate a candidate for the post of the Deputy Chair of the Committee belongs to the RA NA Armenia Faction. The faction applied in written form and nominated Artur Khachatryan as a candidate for the post of the Deputy Chair of the Committee. The MP Artsvik Minasyan presented the candidate’s biography and working activity.

As a result of voting, Artur Khachatryan was elected the Deputy Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.

The work order of the Committee was also debated and approved.
