The speaker has proposed to analyze and understand the mistakes of the last 30 years in tolerant atmosphere as much as possible, to hold discussions of the programmes related to the future of the country and to show everyone that the Armenian people have not surrendered, they have not been broken and will defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity, also through the political, diplomatic means.

He announced that the political crisis was over and proposed his colleagues to try implementing the people’s will together in the framework of the given mandate. Ruben Rubinyan noted that he would spare no effort to turn the tribune of the parliament into the high-quality political sharp, but at the same time into a center of tolerant speech.
