Parliament 1918-1920: On Appointing CEC New Member and Giving Daily Payment to Him
The Central Electoral Commission of the Armenian Parliament proposed the Mayor of Alexandrapol to appoint socialist-revolutionary Grigor Vehapetyan member of the Commission. As now, 102 years ago the member of the Electoral Commission was also paid.
