Taxpayer to be Considered Decently Notified at the Moment of Entering into Personal Page

The parliament debated the amendments and the addenda to RA Tax Code being proposed by the Government in the second reading and for completely passing it. It is designed to regulate the procedure of the notice of the electronic documents via electronic means.

From now on the documents subject to obligatory notice in cases of the impossibility of posting on the taxpayer’s personal page or not entering into the mentioned page by the taxpayer within five working days after posting it will be carried out through posting the RA public notices on the official internet website.

According to the Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Edvard Hovhannisyan, the taxpayer will be considered decently notified at the moment of entering into personal page of the electronic management system of presenting reports of the inspectorate.

It was noted that proposals had not been presented from the first to the second reading.
