On November 30, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs held moderated by Naira Zohrabyan a decision was made to postpone up to for two months the debate of the initiatives on Ratifying the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure and to the Convention of the Persons with Disabilities because of the authors’ absence.
