At October 28 extraordinary sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security debated and endorsed the package of the draft laws on Making Addenda to the law on Defense, on Making Addenda to the RA law on Territorial Administration, on Making Addenda to the RA law on Local Self-Government and on Making Addenda to the RA law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan, which was endorsed in the second reading procedure.
After passing in the first reading the legislative package has not undergone any change because of not having proposals.
