On October 21, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Andranik Kocharyan convened a sitting.

The packages of the draft law on Making Addenda to the law on Military Service and the Serviceman’s Status authored by the RA NA deputies Andranik Kocharyan, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Arman Babajanyan, on Making Amendments to the RA law on Ensuring Road Traffic Security and the enclosed presented draft laws and the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA law on Military Service and the Serviceman’s Status authored by the RA NA deputy Mkhitar Hayrapetyan were included in the agenda.

In accordance with Article 71.3 of the constitutional law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the debate of the legislative initiatives was postponed for two months.
