At October 9 extraordinary sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs debated and endorsed the revised package of the draft laws on Making Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences, on Making Addenda to the RA Criminal Code, on Making Addendum to the RA Administrative Procedure Code and on Making Addendum to the RA Criminal Procedure Code presented by the Government in the second reading and for completely passing it.
The key rapporteur, the RA Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan informed that all the proposals presented by the MPs were accepted.
Let us note that the parliament passed the legislative package in the first reading at the NA extraordinary sitting this morning.
