Dear compatriots,

Early in the morning, along the entire border of Artsakh part of our Motherland, the Azerbaijani authorities unleashed large-scale military actions, targeting with different large-caliber weapons even the peaceful settlements. The Armenian Armed forces, as before, fulfill the military problems laid before them at best.

Once again, I would like to reaffirm that the right to free self-determination of Artsakh in any case, even in case of threat of force, cannot be a subject of bargaining.

The citizens of the Republic of Armenia and surely all Armenians are standing behind Free Artsakh and are ready to take all, I underline, all necessary actions for the defense of sovereign Artsakh.
