At Septmeber 11 sitting, the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan debated in the first reading the legislative package on Making Addendum to the Constitutional Law the RA Judicial Code and on Making Addendum and Amendments to the Law on Ensuring, Service and Social Guarantees of the Officials' Activity authored by the NA deputies Artur Davtyan, Vladimir Vardanyan and Anna Karapetyan.
In his co-report the R ADeputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Smbat Saiyan noted that the Government discussed the draft law, recorded a number of problems on regulations and presented recommendations.
As a result of discussion, by the author's proposal the voting of the item to revise the legislative package up to two months was postponed.
The legislative package on Making Addendum to the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure and on Amending the Law on Corruption Prevention Commission authored by the NA deputy Suren Grigoryan was debated in the second reading procedure and was endorsed.
