The President of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan sent a congratulatory address on the 30th anniversary of Declaration on Independence of Armenia. The address reads:

“30 years ago on this day the newly elected deputies of the Supreme Council, expressing the united will of Armenia's people, affirmed our, as well as our fathers' and our sons' self-sovereign right to live and to create in independent Armenia. The Declaration on Independence of Armenia is the best expression of all Armenians' national aspirations, which has been, is and will be the most well-aimed document expressing the public and political relations, to which we shall always return to understand to what direction we are moving as a state and as a society.”
