The delegation led by the NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan will be in Stepanakert on May 21-22 to take part in the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected President of Artsakh Republic Araryik Harutyunyan.

In Stepanakert Ararat Mirzoyan will have meetings with Arayik Harutyunyan and the Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic Artur Tovmasyan.
