On April 15, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the regular sittings. Debates were held, all the draft laws were passed except the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Criminal Procedure Code authored by the deputies Nikolay Baghdasaryan and Arusyak Julhakyan.

Afterwards the MPs in the first reading continued debating the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Securities Market and the enclosed presented package of bills.

The Head of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction Edmon Marukyan presented the viewpoint of the Faction.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice, the key speaker Rafik Grigoryan touched upon the voiced viewpoints in his final speech.

The RA Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan presented for debate in the second reading the draft law on Levying the Property of Illegal Origin with the enclosed legislative package.

Suren Grigoryan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

The MPs considered very important the availability of the legislative package and emphasized the return of the illegally obtained property to the state.

The Head of the RA NA My Step Faction Lilit Makunts presented the positive position of the Faction.

The parliament debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendment and Addenda to the RA Law on Television and Radio presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan.

Vahagn Tevosyan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee.

The legislative package on Amending the Law on State Pensions authored by the RA NA deputies Narek Zeynalyan, Hayk Konjoryan was debated in the second reading and completely passing it.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs Arpine Davoyan presented the endorsement of the Committee and called on to vote for it.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Smbat Saiyan presented the negative opinion of the Government and proposed to remove the package of the draft laws from the circulation.

The legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on State Pensions authored by the Government was debated in the first reading.

The MP Heriknaz Tigranyan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee.

On behalf of the RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Mikayel Melkumyan informed that the Faction would abstain from voting.

The bill on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Law on Employment authored by the Government was debated in the first reading presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arman Udumyan.

The member of the RA NA Health Care and Social Affairs Lusine Badalyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The bill on Making Addendum to the RA Labor Code authored by the deputy of the NA My Step Faction Rustam Bakoyan was debated in the first reading.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs Sargis Khandanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs .Arman Udumyan presented the positive position of the Government.

The bill on Making Addendum to the RA Law on the RA State Awards and Honourable Titles was debated in the second reading.

At the last sitting of the day, pursuant to the RA Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, the members of the Government answered to the MPs’ questions.
