On February 26, the Secretary of the RA NA Prosperous Faction Arman Abovyan met with the President of Washington Office of the U.S. National Democratic Institute Derek Mitchell.

During the meeting the bilateral cooperation and the current programs being implemented by the NDI Armenia Office were highlighted.

Items on the perspectives of further possible cooperation were discussed and the most important steps directed to the development of democracy by the two structures were underlined.
