On February 26, the regular sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Mane Tandilyan was held.

The draft law on Amending the RA Civil Code authored by the RA NA deputy Artak Manukyan, Hamazasp Danielyan was debated in the second reading.

According to Artak Manukyan, concerned debates were held during the period from the first to the second reading with the representatives of the Union of Banks and the Central Bank.

The bill was endorsed by the Committee.

By the presentation of the Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Vakhtang Abrahamyan, the bill on Making Addendum to the RA Civil Code authored by the Government was debated in the second reading and was endorsed.

The debate of the package of the draft laws on Amending the RA Law on Licensing was postponed up to two months.
