On February 5, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Varazdat Karapetyan debated and endorsed a number of bills.

The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Water Users’ Companies and Unions of Water Users’ Companies was debated in the second reading.

The draft law on Making Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government was debated in the first reading. The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Substructures Vache Terteryan has informed that the opinion of the Government is in general positive, but some issues need additional debate.

The draft law debated in the first reading on Making Addendum to the RA Law on Local Self-Government authored by the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction related to endowment and donation.

The Committee in the first reading debated and endorsed the draft law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Law on Local Self-Government which presented Armen Yeghiazaryan.

Vache Terteryan presented the legislative package on Making Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government and on Making Addendum to the Law on the RA Budgetary System and the MPs debated it.
