On December 19, the Delegation of the International Affairs Committee of the RF Federation Council of the Federal Assembly led by the Committee Chairman Konstantin Kosachev being in Yerevan to take part in the joint sitting with the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations accompanied by the Committee Chairman Ruben Rubinyan and the Armenian parliamentarians visited the Victory Park.

The Armenian and the Russian parliamentarians laid flowers at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and honoured the memory of the victims in the Great Patriotic War. The guests also were in Mother Armenia Military Museum.
