At Sitting of NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment

On November 27, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Varazdat Karapetyan a number of legislative initiatives were debated and endorsed.

The legislative package on Making Addendum and Amendments to the RA Law on Multi-Apartment Building, authored by the MP Vagharshak Hakobyan was debated.

The RA Government has presented a number of proposals of technical character on the draft law, and they have generally been accepted by the author.

The legislative initiative made by the RA NA deputy Lena Nazaryan proposes to make a number of amendments to the RA Law on Local Self-Government.

The proposal was accepted by both the Government and the author.

The draft law revised with recommendations was endorsed.

The bills on Amending the RA Law on Financial Leveling and on Making Addendum to the Law on Approval of the Annual and Complex Programmes of the Events for Restoration, Conservation, Reproduction and Use of Lake Sevan Ecosystem were debated and endorsed in the second reading.

The debate of the bill on Amending the Law on the RA Budgetary System and the enclosed package of bills postponed for two months.
