At November 7 sitting moderated by Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport endorsed the RA Draft State Budget for 2020 presented by the Government. It was suggested to include it in the draft law of the NA regular sittings' agenda.

The Deputy Chair of the Committee Hovhannes Hovhannisyan was appointed speaker of the item at the plenary sitting.
