On November 1, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Health Care and Social Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Narek Zeynalyan and Mane Tandilyan the financial allocations and budgetary programmes of the health care, employment and social spheres were debated.

According to the RA Health Minister Arsen Torosyan, the means designed for the implementation of a number of programmes have increased.

In 2020, the marz hospitals will be upgraded and provided with the newest equipment. It has been noted that the framework of the rendered main services includes the maintenance of human public health, the improvement of the population's health, the prevention and early revelation of diseases and qualified medical aid service.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan has informed that the poverty will reduce as a result of rise of addressing, structural changes are designed in the employment sphere, the socially needy families will get educational, health and other kinds of support.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on European Integration and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Arman Yegoyan and Mane Tandilyan the financial allocations and programmes being allocated by the European Union were discussed.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan highlighted the purposeful and effective use of the sums of money.

The RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan touched upon Armenia-European Union cooperation. He underlined the development and expansion of the relations with the EU. According to the Minister, 16 European countries have already ratified the RA-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Agreement. As Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has assured, there is no political problem related to the ratification of the other countries: the problem is procedural.

The debates over the issue of the visa liberalisation with the EU countries were considered important. The Minister also informed that Armenia is presented in 60 countries of the world.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Ruben Rubinyan and Mane Tandilyan the RA draft law on the RA Draft State Budget for 2020 was debated.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the financial indices to be allocated to the spheres.

The RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan presented the programmes and the ruling directions to be implemented by the Ministry.
