On October 30, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan and Artak Manukyan the financial allocations and budgetary programmes of the Staffs of the RA President, the RA National Assembly, the RA Prime Minister, Ministry of Justice, the Investigative Committee, the Special Investigative Service, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Constitutional Court (CC), the Central Electoral Commission and the Prosecutor’s Office designed by the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2020 were debated.

According to the Head of the RA President’s Staff, in 2020 a number of technological and social programmes will be implemented, as well as the programme Presidential Initiatives started in 2019. The programme Defender of Motherland will be called into life to provide the military servants with job and solve their other problems.

According to the RA NA Chief of Staff-Secretary General Tigran Galstyan, the RA NA nudget requisition was made up with five events: The Provision of the NA Activities – legislative-analytical and representation services, the RA membership payments to the international parliamentary organizations, Training of the NA Staff state servants, the improvement of the NA technical equipment supply and the capital repair of the NA buildings.

The RA Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff Eduard Aghajanyan informed that the executive body would implement 11 programmes which include 47 events by the draft state budget.

The Chief of Staff of the CC Edgar Ghazaryan presented the maintenance expenditures.

Those responsible for the Supreme Judicial Council, the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Investigative Committee, the Special Investigative Service, the Audit Chamber and the Central Electoral Commission presented their financial allocations and budgetary programmes designed by the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2020.
