On October 25, within the framework of the Conference of Presidents of Parliament of the Member States of the Council of Europe the President of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan met with the President of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) Gianni Buquicchio in Strasbourg.

During the meeting the sides touched upon the procedure of the judicial reforms going on in Armenia, as well as discussed the reform process of the laws on Electoral Code and on Parties.

The agenda of closer cooperation with the Venice Commission was discussed.
