On October 22, the press conference of the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Babken Tunyan, the RA NA deputies Tsovinar Vardanyan and Gevorg Papoyan took place, where they touched upon the draft laws denied by voting from the National Assembly concerning the income tax.

According to Babken Tunyan, the bill on Amending the RA Tax Code authored by the Bright Armenia Faction was not endorsed in the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.

The Chair of the Head Committee considers the amendment being proposed controversial also in terms of practically using it.

The MPs also noted that a number of draft laws authored by the Bright Armenia were endorsed in different Committees.
