On October 17, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Andranik Kocharyan debated the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law authored by the RA NA Bright Armenia was debated at the sitting.

The NA deputies Gevorg Gorgisyan and Aren Mkrtchyan expressed viewpoints on the draft law.

The government did not endorse the draft law. As a result of debate, the Committee members did not endorse the legislative initiative.

The draft law on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements authored by the NA deputies Vahe Enfiajyan and Naira Zohrabyan was debated in the first reading.

The NA deputy Armen Khachatryan noted that by voting the draft was not endorsed.

The Committee debated in the second reading the draft law on the Peculiarities of the Administrative Procedure Being Implemented on the Violations of the Road Traffic Rules Discovered with Video Shooting or Photo Equipment.

The debate of other draft laws in the second reading was postponed up to two-month term.
