At Sitting of RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs

At October 15 regular sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Babken Tunyan in the first reading debated and endorsed the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Code on the RA Bowels authored by the Government.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Lilia Shushanyan presented the legislative package

The Committee Chair informed that a working discussion on the issue was held.

The bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the RA NA Bright Armenia was endorsed.

The Committee endorsed the draft laws on Making Addenda to the Law on Trade and Services, on Establishing the Cadastre Assessment Order Approximated to the Real Estate Market Value for Real Estate Taxation, as well as on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on the RA Check-Up Organization and Holding.

The Committee did not endorse a number of draft laws.
